Presentation
The University Center Ítalo Brasileiro presents its Internationalization and Academic Mobility Program,
with a continuous commitment of providing information, consulting and mentoring, and to create
strategies allowing the instructors, students and administrative technicians to submit projects at
international standards, and to conduct research and share knowledge that meets the needs of the
global community.
Goals
To understand and analyze the world scenario and its mechanisms of international collaboration to
participate in social, political, economic and cultural changes, together with its scientific and
technological advances.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors for Internationalization is responsible for presenting the University’s Mission and
Vision to the International Community, and for building dialogues, knowledge networks, and value.
The focus is to recognize, and be attentive to new global dynamics and to value innovative techniques in all areas. The means of cooperation will be in the academic, scientific and cultural scopes, with incentive to educational interactions.
Among its core attributions, the Board of Directors shall be the articulator in forming partnerships with other institutions, and to promote the Academic Mobility of the faculty, students and administrative staff. It advises and assists in international cooperation relations, and promotes cultural and scientific engagement with foreign institutions. It plans, organizes and holds international events, and is committed to offering partnerships with institutions of excellent credibility while encouraging the actions of Training, Courses, International Cooperation Programs and Proficiency in a Foreign Language.
